For clear juice the evaporator is always a multipleeffect but the so called "falling film type" The advantage isthat the heating is very quick and the residence time in theevaporator is shorter than the one in the forced circulationtype.

After sterilized, the storage of the fruitsproducts can be done in bag in box of 200 lt.

 

And for some customers, they want to produce fruitjuice drinks from fruit directly. It is complex but is necessaryfor some small factory. Our engineers will also design the suitableplant for customer.
